Abstract
The work is inspired by the recent amendment of art. 1 of L. n. 241/1990, paragraph 2 bis which introduces the principle of good faith in relations between citizen and public administration, to verify whether the principle in question can be considered as a parameter of the legitimacy of the administrative act.
