Abstract

Framed the topic of the jurisdiction of the Administrative Court over the fundamental rights, apart from the typical rules of the division of jurisdiction, the work examines the technique of protection available to the Administrative Court, in particular about the interpretation and the correlated need of an accurate law on the base of which can be founded the exercise of power.
