Abstract
The article focuses on relations between public bodies, today a quite neglected topic. The reasons for the relative lack of interest in contemporary doctrine are identified, but also the reasons why the subject maintains an absolute centrality in the dogmatics of administrative law. The article does not contain a description of the content of the various existing organizational relationships, but focuses on the theoretical profiles: in particular, it identifies the possible sources of organizational relationships, the types of structures between which they may exist, the subjective legal situations implicate. The author criticizes the figure of internal relations, considered theoretically inadmissible. In conclusion, some implications are discussed of the doctrinal thesis according to which the human person represents the fundamental organizational unit
