Fundamental rights and distribution of jurisdiction

Abstract

This paper represents the written version of the author's speech at the Conference held in Palermo on 20^th October 2023 on the topic of “Administrative Judge and the Protection of Fundamental Rights”. In particular, the paper addresses the issue of the distribution of jurisdiction in fundamental rights from constitutional categories, through an analysis of the living law.
