Abstract
The relationship between emergency, risk and respect for fundamental rights, also from the perspective of the case-law of administrative judges, lends itself to a multiplicity of readings, within which the essay develops a brief reflection on today's relational dynamics between emergency and urgency in administrative law and procedural law.
