Brevi note in tema di MOG e salute, fra partecipazione e inclusione

Abstract

The paper offers a reflection on the relationship between health and organization, enhancing the contribution that organizational and management models under Art. 30 Legislative Decree No. 81/2008 can make, including as tools for participation and inclusion, to the creation of a work environment aimed at promoting the overall well-being of the person.
