Prime considerazioni di tipo sistematico sul d.l. 1 aprile 2021, n. 44

Abstract

<sup>Il contributo riflette sul d.l. n. 44/2021, che ha introdotto per alcune categorie di lavoratori l’obbligo vaccinale anti Covid-19, in una prospettiva volta a cogliere le ricadute sul piano sistematico della nuova disciplina, specie con riguardo ai contesti lavorativi estranei al campo di applicazione del menzionato decreto legge.

The essay focuses on the Decree Law No. 44/2021 which has made vaccine to protect against Covid-19 compulsory for some categories of workers, in a perspective aimed at analyzing the impact of the new legislation on a systematic level, in particular with regard to work environments not covered by the scope of the aforementioned law decree.</sup>
