Abstract
The work offers a reflection on what the new definition of the State chosen by politics could be and what role will be reserved for administration and the market in its implementation. It is an era of great changes made necessary by the succession of emergencies that push towards global solutions and the downsizing of national sovereignty. The market takes on a primary role, the administration and the citizen seem to be caught in the grip of digitization and control. We therefore want to highlight some assessments of possible risks and underline the essential role of the Constitution and the administration in guaranteeing the respect and implementation of rights and freedoms.
