Territorial divide, social cohesion and protection of rights: the role of the regions in times of crisis

Abstract

The article examines the role of the regions in times of crisis, firstly financial and now health, both with reference to the management of the pandemic emergency, and with regard to the management of the NRRP funds, in relation to the difficult attempt to overcome the territorial divide, and in particular the North-South divide, to guarantee greater protection of the rights of autonomy and therefore of the individual.
