Abstract

Monteduro’s paper, in this Journal 2/2020, refers public duties at fundamental rights fulfillment, therefore the meaning of public duties is to procure fundamental right’s claims achievement. This paper is a discussing one, in the perimeter of a specific PA persona e amministrazione initiative about Monteduro’s paper and takes its cue form a deep sharing of Monteduro’s opinions. The paper is
aimed to develop Monteduro’s thesis in relation to public officers’ duties. In this paper perspective officers’ duties are grounded on the general view of public administration as undertaking of task related to fundamental rights. In such a perspective behavioral obligation are more significant than result-driven orientation once.
