Abstract
Lo scritto ripercorre le relazioni intercorrenti tra le varie autorità amministrative indipendenti dei mercati finanziari e le forme del coordinamento delle loro azioni, focalizzandosi sull’impiego del protocollo d’intesa. Quindi, verificati i termini dell’impiego sostanziale degli accordi tra amministrazioni al fine della realizzazione di più intense sinergie tra regolatori pubblici e sul loro impatto concreto, sviluppa alcune considerazioni sull’utilità di un loro più ampio impiego.
The paper traces the relationships between the various independent administrative authorities of the financial markets and the forms of coordination of their actions, focusing on the use of the memorandum of understanding. Therefore, having verified the terms of the use of the agreements between administrations in order to achieve more intense synergies between public regulators and their concrete impact, he develops some considerations on the usefulness of their wider use.
