Abstract

Data la rilevanza delle piccole e medie imprese e dell'influenza della gestione familiare nel settore dell'ospitalità, e dell'importanza di questo settore per l'economia italiana, in questo studio analizziamo la relazione tra la percentuale di donne che ricoprono ruoli apicali nelle aziende analizzate, la gestione famigliare e l'impatto sulla performance.  Prendiamo in considerazione le tre regioni maggiormente attrattive, ossia Lombaria, Veneto e Lazio.  I risultati mostrano che la  leadership femminile è legata alla gestione famigliare e quest'ultima impatta sulla performance aziendale.
