Conference Mode
The Conference will be held from 14^th to 15^th May 2026 in hybrid mode and presented in English. The
authors of accepted papers will have a choice to present their papers on-line or in-person in Urbino.

Deadline Abstract Submission

• Notification of Acceptance: 31^st January 2026
• Full Paper Submission: 31^st March 2026
• Early-Bird Registration Slot: 15^th February – 1^st April 2026
• Standard Registration Slot: 2^nd April – 10^th May 2026
