Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyse the rules governing coopetition in the wine business and define its principles by presenting the analysis of a case study. The approach used in the research is based on a qualitative method having the objective of illustrating the main studies on inter-company coopetition, defining a related model to be used to verify that these principles are present in the case study. The paper has been developed using a single-method approach, following the review of international literature that can be used to support the case study.
