Abstract

The paper focuses on the Criminal Judge’s review of the Administrative Measure, when this measure is an element of the crime.  
The goal is to verify what the foundation of this review is and whether its extent changes depending on the nature of the Administrative measure.  
The theoretical issue, which has a general scope, is developed with reference to specific examples.
