Abstract
The contribution explores the possibility for temporary public administration staff to be hired permanently, thanks to the provisions of decreto-legge no. 44/2023, coordinated with the Conversion Law no. 74/2023, which contains urgent provisions to strengthen the administrative capacity of public bodies. Once the current regulatory framework has been reconstructed, the practical aspect of how to formalize the employment application by the interested candidate will be explored, looking, then, at the legislation previously in force on the same subject, also taking into consideration the interpretations of administrative jurisprudence.
