Abstract

The work aims to examine the motivation of the administrative act in its different meanings. In particular, we want to highlight the heterogeneity of content, given by the inevitable coexistence of legal and psychic components at the same time present. Furthermore, we intend to examine the respective interferences on the administrative activity and, even before that, on the administrative organisation.
