Development of priority infrastructure: delays, limits and reform prospects

Abstract

The contribution is aimed at examining the regulatory evolution that has affected the development of priority infrastructures, through an analysis, on the one hand, of the persistent obstacles that preclude infrastructural development and, on the other, of the possible remedies that also favor the overcoming of social inequalities.
