Abstract
Lo scritto analizza alcune delle ricadute giuridiche che discendono dalla combinazione tra l’erompere dell’innovazione tecnologica nel settore sanitario e la distribuzione differenziata delle risorse su base regionale cercando di trarre, nella postilla finale, alcuni insegnamenti dall’emergenza sanitaria da SARS-CoV-2 che si è abbattuta sull’Italia e sul mondo intero.
The analysis aims to examine some of the legal consequences stemming from the spread of technological innovation in the health sector, having regard to the unequal distribution of resources on a regional basis. The final addendum is focused on the lessons to be learned from the dramatic challenge of the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic that Italy and the entire world are currently facing.
