Alcune annotazioni sulla tutela della salute e sicurezza dei lavoratori nella riforma del lavoro sportivo

Abstract

The essay analyzes the issue of the protection of health and safety at work in the sports system, in light of the recent sports reform. In addition to examining the relevant provisions for the matter contained in Legislative Decree no. 36/2021, the contribution addresses the issue of the adaptation of the general prevention discipline to the particular sporting context and the related responsibilities, and also focuses on some provisions contained in the others implementing decrees of the sport reform, including those regarding sports facilities as well as those on combating harassment, gender violence and discrimination through the mandatory adoption of organization and management models.
