Abstract
Il saggio prende in esame le forme di lavoro diffuse nell’economia digitale e nelle piattaforme telematiche, e si concentra nello specifico sulle tipologie di tutela ipotizzabili, in particolare in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, per i lavoratori ivi impiegati, tanto a diritto vigente quanto in una prospettiva di riforma.
The essay examines the forms of work disseminated in the digital economy and on the telematic platforms, and it focuses specifically on the types of protection that can be hypothesised, particularly in the field of health and safety at work, for workers employed therein, both under current law and in a reform perspective.
