Private partnership in the economy between authorities and soft law rules

Abstract

The essay addresses the issue of private intervention in the economy with reference to the public-private partnership. Outlining some aspects of the German, Australian and English legal systems, the creation of an organism (independent Authority) is envisaged to ensure adequate forms of control and monitoring and to guarantee even better the various forms of industrial planning and large-scale economic planning envisaged.
