PERSONAL DATA RELATING TO CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS AND OFFENSES
The Journal collects, stores, and communicates through online dissemination personal data relating to criminal convictions and offenses contained in judicial decisions, whether Italian or foreign, that are published in compliance with the rights recognized by the Regulation, as well as the provisions of Articles 114 of the Italian Code of Criminal Procedure and Articles 51 and 52 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003. Such data are collected exclusively for research and scientific dissemination purposes, originate from publicly accessible databases or from the registries and secretariats of competent judicial authorities, and are stored, unless the rights referred to in Articles 17 et seq. of the Regulation are exercised, for the entire duration of publication.
