Abstract
It is the text of a lecture on natural law held in 1994 by E. Moroni, professor of Philosophy of Law in Urbino, in the Abbey of Monteveglio (Bologna), introduced by a commentary of mine. The day before, in the same Abbey, Moroni moderated a famous debate on the reform of Constitution between Giuseppe Dossetti and Nilde Iotti - two former members of the Constituent Assembly. The introduction is a memory of Moroni and Dossetti, as well as of that very delicate moment of the Italian political and institutional history.
