Some thoughts on the Marche's council standing order after its recent reform

Abstract

This paper analyzes the recent reform of the standing order if the Regional Council of the Marche, with specific regard to some internal organs (speaker of the House, commissions, etc.). The aim is to understand how and how much the rules of procedure impact on the form of government.
