Abstract

[The outputs of AI between indeterminism of conditions and interpretative causalism. Notes for algorithm semantics] This paper aims to reflect on some antinomies of the Legislator's discourse about Artificial Intelligences. In particular, it is focused on a possible theory of legal subjectivity for AI that is devoid of analogies with the concept of the human person. Though, in the normative signifiers concerning AI, a mechanistic conception seems still to dominate.
