Abstract
The essay synthetically analyzes the possible scenarios of work organization after the pandemic emergency, focusing in particular on the diffusion of smart working, its opportunities and its risks, and underlining the importance of a role of collective bargaining and of a renewed attention to the protection of health and safety at work.
