Abstract
This work analyzes the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan, better known as PNRR, which contains the lines and reforms with which our country is planning to spend the resources assigned to it within the European Recovery Fund. The article in the first part contains a summary of the Plan together with a comparison with what has been one of the main reconstruction experiences of the last century: the Marshall Plan. In the second part the reforms contained in the PNRR are critically analyzed with a particular focus on the topic of interventions envisaged in the field of justice.
