Abstract
Riforma del sistema penale – Principio di legalità – Legge sull’ordinamento giudiziario – Efficienza – Economia sociale di mercatoThe links between legality (of criminal law) and efficiency (of a social market economy), observed from an organizational law of judiciary independence standpoint, are the core of this study. Its aim, considering the ‘Piano nazionale di ripresa e resilienza’ as a case study, is to shed a new light on an underinvestigated (institutional) topic in the criminal law reform process.
