Novità in itinere nel cantiere della sicurezza sul lavoro

Abstract

The essay, developed within the framework of the NIRP 2020 INSPIRE –“Inclusion Strategies through Participation in Work for Organisational Well-Being” – reflects on two significant legal developments currently emerging in the field of occupational health and safety. The common thread linking these innovations lies in the fact that both concern issues that are crucial to the future of work: worker participation and training, pursued with a view to fostering organisational well-being and social inclusion. In both cases, it becomes clear that training goes hand in hand with the active involvement of those concerned, and that regulation must be assessed not only in formal terms, but in light of its actual effectiveness.
