Nesso di causa nella malattia professionale: la presunzione semplice e gli elementi gravi, precisi e concordanti

Abstract

In the technical consultancy of the office, a frequent abuse of testimonial evidence is observed to make up for that lack of allegation of evidence on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the suitability of the risk in occupational diseases. The Authors present the critical points of this method and argue the need to integrate the contribution of generic and non-specific testimonial evidence with further documentation (such as DVR and health and risk records) that is available to the Party to produce.
