Abstract
The legislative decree n. 62/2024 has a strong impact on the legal framework in the field of disability. It is a wide-ranging reform that affects many aspects, including: the evaluation criteria, the disability assessment process, measures to support an independent life. The aim of this paper is to analyze the innovations introduced by the reform, highlighting the aspects of greater relevance for the labour law perspective, and to point out some critical aspects.
