Cultura giuridica e diritto vivente (eISSN 2384-8901) is an online, open access, peer-reviewed journal published by the University of Urbino. It aims to contribute to the development of legal scholarship, highlighting its historical dimension and the processes of social evolution, also through a multidisciplinary approach. Established in 2014, the journal is classified by the Italian National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research Institutes (ANVUR) as a Scientific Journal for Area 12.
