Il mobbing tra strategie organizzative e tutele giuridiche

Abstract

[Mobbing between organizational strategies and legal protections] The quality of work is continuously increasing in people's lives because it affects their well-being and health status. The studies on mobbing clarified the inadequacy of monocausal explanations in favour of interpretations that take into account, the action of several factors acting simultaneously.

The explanatory study pursued a double objective. The first objective refers to the analysis of the lexical-semantic structure of the main representation categories on mobbing within the jurisprudential overview. The second objective relates to the identification of the relationship between organizational categories and legal instruments, in order to outline the legal approach classification of mobbing.
