Abstract
[Foundation and limits of the idea of purpose for the integrated science of criminal law] The integration of juridical-criminal science and social sciences risks exposing the necessary protection of fundamental rights to what Michel Foucault defined as disciplinary powers. It is therefore necessary to define and affirm a limit for criminal law science.
