Abstract

[Order and feeling. The juridical form as a measure of the living] This brief contribution summarizes some reflections that I presented at the introductory seminar of Literature & Law Festival, 5th edition 2018, held in Reggio Calabria, at the “Mediterranea” University. The main theme of the festival was the relationship between literature, law, and madness. My aim has been to observe madness, starting from its relationship with art, as an expansion of the human ability to understand the most complex juridical issues, recurring also to a sensitive approach of law.
