Abstract
In recent years, small businesses oriented to the production of craft beers, which are all malt drinks derived by high quality raw materials according to traditional styles, have been established. In Italy, this so-called craft beer revolution is providing interesting developing opportunities also to the agri-food sector. Herein, the main features of such a phenomenon, with particular attention at agricultural craft breweries, are examined. Subsequently, the results of a study, which evidenced the differential elements between the different typologies of microbreweries, in terms of socioeconomic profile of producers, company structure, productive and commercial strategies, are reported.L'opera è pubblicata sotto Licenza Creative Commons - 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)
