Abstract

The article, dedicated to Professor Puliatti as an honorary member and prominent participant in the international initiatives of the Balkan Association for Roman Law and Roman Legal Tradition Societas pro Iure Romano, briefly presents the content and conclusions of a project of the Faculty of Law of Sofia University. Prof. Puliatti took a particular interest in it, as it is partly related to his fundamental studies on Late Antiquity. The project, implemented almost 10 years ago, is related to the analysis and commentaries of the imperial constitutions edited in Serdica as one of the temporary capitals of the Eastern Roman Empire at the end of the 3rd and the beginning of the 4th century AD
