Abstract
Il saggio mira a verificare come la revisione delle forme contrattuali, realizzata dal decreto legislativo n. 81/2015 emanato in attuazione della legge n. 183/2014, incida sulle questioni relative alla tutela della salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, soffermando in particolare l’attenzione sulle criticità prodotte dal recente intervento legislativo e sulla sua conformità rispetto all’ordinamento comunitario.
The essay aims at verifying how the review of contractual arrangements, made by the Legislative Decree n. 81/2015 issued in application of the law n. 183/2014, is affecting the protection of health and safety at work, focusing particularly on the critical issues produced by the recent legislative intervention and its compliance with Community law.
