Abstract
The corporate generational transition is one of the topics explored by Prof. Roberta Rinaldi still current today. The a- systematic nature of legislation, the complexity of the tools used for this purpose and the relevance of the issue are the aspects to be emphasized in this difficult and delicate moment of businness family.
