FROM NEWTON TO KEPLER. One simple derivation of Kepler’s laws from Newton’s ones.

Abstract

There is plenty of ways how to deduce Kepler’s laws of planetary motion from Newton’s ones (law of universal gravitation and law of motion).  We offer one of them which is very simple and direct.  It uses only mathematical tools and is suitable for teaching purposes.
