Abstract
The paper analyses the evolution of the preventive system in the face of the digitisation of the working environment. In particular, it investigates the effects and the necessary countermeasures to be taken to protect workers from the risk of hyperconnection, the cause of pathogenic conditions that affect not only physical health but also, and above all, mental health. Therefore, after a brief overview of the institute, also from the perspective of its inclusion among prevention measures, the methods for implementing disconnection and the close connection it has with the fulfilment of training obligations and risk assessment, to be modelled also in order to adapt them to the greater relevance of psycho-social risks, are examined. Moreover, the focus is on the subjects delegated to control the measure and the monitoring mechanisms to be implemented to ensure the effective functioning of the disconnection measure, which will be even more effective if it is included within organisation and management models, with a view to fostering an ‘organised security’ model.
