Abstract

This contribution aims to analyse, within the workplace health and safety system, the tools of participatory inclusion in the management phase of the employment relationship, with regard to situations of fragility linked to the state of health of workers. In this regard, particular attention is paid to the issue of cds. “reasonable accommodations”.
