Abstract
This essay analyses, the issues, during the fascist regime, relating to work and its safety, the evolution of compulsory insurance against accidents at work and professional diseases, the development of protection institutions, the responsibility of the employer work, comparing the art. 2087 with the pre-existing rules and its first jurisprudential applications.
