Abstract
Starting from the notion of circular health, the essay proposes a reflection on a company´s role and responsibilities in ensuring a safe and healthy environment, both at work and outside the company.
Firstly, the essay examines the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 81/2008, which are significant for this purpose but of doubtful cogency. The article also remarks the importance of collective autonomy in the construction of integrated forms of protection. Secondly, the essay focuses on the decisive role of organization and management models as legally relevant tools, particularly in the context of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. These tools are expression of a common method with which the company can address and prevent issues relating to the internal and external environment, from the perspective suggested by the new art. 41 of the Constitution.
