Abstract

The essay reconstructs briefly the framework of legislative powers in matters of health and safety at work, as is outlined in the Italian Constitution after  the 2001 reform, and focuses in particular on the responsibilities of the Regions and their basis, proposing some measures to tighten their action after the publication of decree n. 81/2008.
