Bipolar complex fuzzy sets and their properties

Abstract

The primary motivation behind this paper is to present a brief overview of the bipolar complex fuzzy sets (in short BCFS) which is an extension of bipolar fuzzy set theory.  New operations defined over the bipolar complex fuzzy sets some properties of these operations are discussed.
