Abstract

With the development of digitalization, more and more colleges and universities have applied information management technology into the optimal allocation of human resources.  How to manage the growing number of human resource management data and mine their potential laws to realize the optimal allocation of human resources in colleges and universities has become a top priority.  In this paper, an improved k-means algorithm was introduced and its superiority was verified through an experiment by comparing the results before and after improvement.  The result showed that the calculation time and complexity of the improved algorithm decreased greatly, suggesting that it could be applied for the optimal allocation of human resources in colleges and universities.
