Abstract

In this paper, based on a new order and a new metric on the set of fuzzy numbers, we present the concepts of convexity of the fuzzy mappings and give characterization theorems for the convex fuzzy mappings and quasi-convex fuzzy mappings.  Finally, we discuss the properties of convex fuzzy optimizations.
