Abstract

In this paper we define congruence relations on bisemirings and bisemiring homomorphisms.  We show that each bisemiring homomorphism defines a congruence relation on a bisemiring and then we introduce factor bisemirings.  In the last section, we prove analogue of the isomorphism theorems.
